Let's make life better for everyone at Benedicts Wharf!

• If you rent your flat: we'd like to keep you up to date with important issues that affect you.
  • We also want to hear from you about your experience and any issues.
  • You can send this website link to your landlord or letting agent - make sure they are aware of the issues.
• If you are a leaseholder: we'd like to talk to you!
  • There are several issues affecting the sale and ongoing value of flats.

We also intend to arrange meetings and events for everyone living at Benedicts Wharf, so we can get to know each other and build a sense of community.

Your help and involvement on whatever level, will be crucial if we are to achieve our aims.
