No recycling bins	(tbc)	-	Situation never resolved with council.
Abandoned bikes in cycle store	(tbc)	-	Needs notices posting and removing abandoned bikes have been there years.
Boiler/flue noise	Yes	-	Flue fan was replaced earlier in 2026. Looking into further noise reducing measures

Description	Notes
CCTV	Upgrade the CCTV for better coverage and image quality to include ANPR.
Painting/Decorating	Painting and decorating of communal areas. 12/2024 - Quotes received. Pending allocation of funds.
Electric Vehicle Charging	We are looking at various solutions to install infrastructure for EV charging points if these are required by residents.
Heating/Boiler	Gas boilers will no longer be permissible sometime in the 2030s. Investigating connection to Barking Town Centre District Energy Scheme.
Solar Collectors	Investigate why the Solar hot water collectors do not work. Returning this system to operation would result in significant savings on the gas bill.

Car Park Gate	yes	-	06/2023 - (2024 - Various quotes received for repairs. It's expensive!)

Unauthorised vehicle: EA61 EGV FORD FOCUS		-	28/11/2024 - Notice of intention to remove posted. Police informed. Request sent to DVLA.
Unauthorised vehicle: VK14 TPF PORCSHE CAYMAN		-	28/11/2024 - Notice of intention to remove posted. Request sent to DVLA.
Parking Enforcement	-	-	Renewing permits. Has taken a long time to trace the owners of some spaces and deal with unauthorised parking. Should resume by January 2025. Line painting beforehand.
Main door/entry handle broken	(tbc)	-	Obtaining quotes to replace the door. (Cheapest one is £4500!)
Block A - 2nd floor smoke vent actuator not working	2016/7	RL	Some attempt was made to repair, now window on landing permanently open.
Block C Door not closing	-	RL	05/12/2024 - Westbury to arrange repair.
Car Park/River Walkway lights	-	RL	10/2024 - Repair quotes. Repair arranged for 13/21/2024.
