| Electric Vehicle Charging | We are looking at various solutions to install infrastructure for EV charging points if these are required by residents. |
| Heating/Boiler | Gas boilers will no longer be permissible sometime in the 2030s. Investigating connection to Barking Town Centre District Energy Scheme. |
| Solar Collectors | Investigate why the Solar hot water collectors do not work. Returning this system to operation would result in significant savings on the gas bill. |
