• Keep a record every time it happens
• Recording with your phone is also useful, especially to get an idea of the noise level inside your flat.
• Report it every time: Using the council's Nuisance Noise form.

• Report to the local Safer Neighbourhoods Team

Reducing Noise

• Check that your doors and windows close properly.
• Broken mechanisms, missing or worn seals should be replaced.

This can considerably reduce external noise.

The lease states that leaseholders are not permitted to replace the windows.
The best we can do is to repair them.
