What's been going on?

Firstly, sorry for the lack of updates here recently. I have been very busy with work, and dealing with things at Benedicts Wharf!

I am now wearing two hats in my roles as both secretary of BWRA, and a director of Benedicts Wharf.

The updates here are in my capacity as secretary of BWRA. If you have enquiries with with service charges, management, maintenance etc. then please contact the Managing Agent in the first instance.

TL;DR…

• There is now a new Managing Agent
• The handover from MDB Properties continues to be difficult to impossible.
• The directors have therefore had to start again with most things, and this has been a lot of work.
• Some services including cleaning, door entry phone lines were withdrawn without notice, and this was beyond the control of the directors.
• The directors are working with the managing agent to put in place new arrangements as soon as possible.
• Fire Safety Update Taylor Wimpey have finished their assessment and plan to carry out remediation.
• List and plan of parking spaces has been added here: Car/Bicycle Parking
